Two robbers had a plan to pull up to a burger king; jump out, run in and rob the place while leaving the car running for a quick getaway. Just another robbery in the great state of California but they didn’t figure on an employee slipping out the back door and finding their car sitting there running so what did he do… what any 6.95 an hour employee would do… drive it off around the block while the robbery was taking place. After a successful robbery the two made a mad dash to their waiting……… where’s the car?

Well to make a long story short… they ran across a field and were picked up minutes later. But the bad news is the employee changed all the preset buttons on the radio… I hate that when someone takes your car and does that

They don’t call it the gunshine state for nothing, two of Florida’s finest get into a road rage incident and stop on the side of Hwy 41 to go at it. That's when 23-year-old Brandon Nelson retrieved a pump action shotgun from the trunk car and cycled the pump action (thank god he is not stupid enough to carry it loaded) in a threating manner while arguing with the other driver, 30-year-old Jason Aitchison.

So what does Aitchison do: gets his shot gun from his Geo (surprised he can afford a gun) and retrieved a pistol grip 20 gauge shotgun (that’s a first for me…. Pistol gripped 20 gage) and approached Nelson, who had placed his weapon back in his trunk and gotten back in the car (the site of a 20 gage W/pistol grip will do that to a man). Before Nelson could drive off Aitchison pointed the shotgun at Nelson and tapped on the driver’s window.

As Nelson took off Aitchison was in hot pursuit not wanting to let things go. After a short bit Aitchison caught up and fired one shot into the back window shattering it and injuring the 17 year old passenger.

Nelson had enough and pulled into a Lowes parking lot where there were witnesses and Aitchison broke off and disappeared just too turn himself in a couple of hours later.

Both are charged with numerous crimes including Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

The cops noticed a car driving radical and made a stop but in the process the passenger took off but the driver stayed, had words with the cop then booked. As he ran off he dropped cash and bullets.

After breaking into a home he was confronted by the homeowner who was sitting down to dinner with his mom and asked “‘can I say in here, bro? The cops are after me,'"

"I said, 'No, man.' and "That's when he grabbed me by the neck. I guess that second punch was a lucky one and it knocked him out."

That’s when I threw him back out the door where cops with a K-9 were looking for him. The suspect was still at UNM Hospital where he was being treated for injuries from the police dog.

As it was intended the castle doctrine is getting a work out these days as it did on the 23 of this month. A young man wearing a mask and pointing a gun forced his way inside the front door of a home at 1 am.

The police are not saying much at this point. The questions are why this house and did the suspect know someone or was looking for something; Things are not adding up. Never the less the homeowner fearing for his life and defended his home shot the intruder causing the intruder to run out of the house and collapsing in the front yard.

With the biggest grin on his face he tells the story of how his wife held her cool and shot one of three suspects trying to break in to their home. Three men approached the house one went to the front door and two to the rear. She looked through the blinds and seen them putting on gloves and she knew what was about to happen.

She was ready and when they started to kick on the glass door she pulled the trigger and got one of them. Hit and bleeding the three of them ran off returning fire as they disappeared.

Police arrested three men, one of them with a gunshot to the chest. Her husband tells the news that him and his wife have been going to the range just in case something like this would ever happen; we wanted to be ready.

They jump out of buildings and sometimes land on others as did this man. This man jumped to his death but in the process took out a 5 year old too. At least with a gun he would have just killed himself. Let’s face it some people have the defective gene that allows them to commit suicide so why stop them and contaminate the rest of the world.

Here in the US suicide by gun is very common but what happens if you don’t have one, then jumping off a building seems to be a growing trend in other countries BUT in Korea it really seems to be the way to go (they must like the view on the way down).

South Korea sees 31 suicides for every 100,000 people each year, that is higher than and death rate by gun in the USA per 100,000 by 11%. So next time someone at the water cooler starts talking about how bad guns are remind them that tall building are not our friends either.

Gregory dean was pulled over last week and had a gun on the seat of the car. Even though the gun was legal when the police checked it, they counted the bullets and dean was over the limit. They arrested him and now the DA’s office is holding up to it promise not to prosecute the case.

It seems that more and more teachers are carrying on school property these days so it not surprising that some gets busted. What is disturbing about this case is first a fellow teacher turned him in (what a punk) two the fine for carrying a gun on school ground is ONLY 50 bucks (first time offense) and three the GUN WAS UNLOADED. Dude; if ya gonna take a chance and lose your job and get arrested at least load that gun. I am thinking the FloriDUH school system might have an opening

A man comes home just to find his house was broke into and that the man that broke in was still there. The homeowner confronts the suspect and then shoots him once in the chest. The suspect jumped through a window and made it to his car, drove a short distance and hit a fence.

When police arrived they found him dead at the scene. The car wasn’t registered to the suspect and evidence of other break-ins was also found in the vehicle. Police say that shortly after receiving the 911 call from the homeowner, they received other calls in the area of houses that had been burglarized

The defense is loading up the guns to prove trayvon wasn’t the harmless little teen the media what everyone to believe. The defense released his text messages to his friends showing Martin blowing smoke and extending his middle finger to the camera. The photos also show a gun and what appears to be a potted marijuana plant.

Prosecutors have filed a motion asking Circuit Judge Debra Nelson to prevent the photos, texts and other personal information from being used at the second-degree murder trial. The hearing is set for next Tuesday.
