Thugs pick wrong victim; 1 dead, 1 critical (Georgia)

Resource: http://chronicle.augusta.com/news/crime-courts/2012-12-28/fatal-augusta-shooting-claims-18-year-old
Trezmaine Jessie Williams and Dontavius Payne were a pair of 18-year-old criminals in Augusta, Georgia. Both Williams and Payne had outstanding felony warrants for armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

In yet another example of how criminals don't follow the law, the two men were doing what criminals do last Friday when they attempted to rob Marcus Gainey at gunpoint.

Marcus Gainey is not a victim. Rather than cower, Marcus drew his own firearm and opened fire on the young thugs - striking both men. After being wounded Williams attempted to run from the scene and was found dead two blocks away. Payne was found by police behind a nearby apartment building with multiple gunshot wounds.

No charges will be filed against Marcus as police have called it a clear cut case of self-defense.

So, as a recap, Marcus was unharmed and both of the young career criminals are of the street. I'd say that's a good day.

who cares if he celebrated his 21 BD, he was a thug and got belated BD present. I just hope he didn’t look like Obama, we know how that turns out
