The July 4th march on DC; are you going?

Quoted: According to the event’s Facebook page, the march is “an act of civil disobedience, not a permitted event. We will march with rifles loaded & slung across our backs to put the government on notice that we will not be intimidated & cower in submission to tyranny. The event is said to be non-violent and states that if the group is met with physical resistance, they will turn back.”

So if they are met with physical resistance, and they turn back are they not being intimidated & cowering to submission and tyranny?

Quoted: As of press time 1,700 people said they would join the rally, with another 1,600 people who responded as maybe on Facebook. Kokesh’s original goal was to get 1,000 people to join him on July 4.

I wonder how many of them have prepaid lawyers, because the chief of the D.C. metro police department said that all participants who bring their weapons into the district will be arrested and prosecuted

i will not be attending. my political stance is similar to my carry stance. if you see my gun, its getting used. i appreciate the moxy of anyone who goes, but i feel its misguided effort. the last thing the gun supporting community needs its its most active supporters locked up in jail if the shit hits the fan.

I don't think they will make it across the bridge but I hope it will be a sign of unity. If anything it will show that we are standing strong

if 3000 or more show up with loaded guns that is going to shake up some folks
