Mine was a 29(blued) with 6inch barrel. It was a great revolver but I definately wouldn't want to carry it on my hip. HEAVY! I had the most fun shooting hot 44 specials in it than magnums.

@initial reviewer...isn't the 629 stainless steel, not Nickel plated?
