Gov. Haley signs CCW bill for restaurant carry where alcohol is served

The Gov. of SC has signed a bill allowing for CCW permit holders to carry in bars and restaurants that serve alcohol. Even though you can carry in you can’t consume booze while carrying, that is still illegal and your permit will be revoked

in Texas we have a red 51 % sign which means that the establishment makes most of their money serving alcohol and you can't carry in the serving area and then there is a blue sign which means they make less then 51% of their money on alcohol or its a package store that sells carryout and you can carry in their. Texas law does allow the carrier to have a drink but not be intoxicated, unlike SC with a zero tolerance
