Nelson Georgia Signs Required Gun Ownership Into Law

Nelson, a small city in georgia has passed a law that requires heads of household in the city to own and maintain a gun and keep ammo for it. The law does not include felons and mental health sufferers. Also, if you don't want to follow the law, there is no penalty.

This is a brilliant gesture for gun rights that I hope will remind the rest of the country that taking responsibility for gun ownership is a choice we should all have, not something to be trampled on by over-passionate misinformed gun grabbers. Thanks Nelson!

I used to live in Kennesaw, GA. They have a similar law. From what I've heard (Jason), their crime rate dropped significantly after and has stayed down.
