Michael L. Selleneit, 55, was sentenced to two 15 year prison terms for attempted manslaughter and possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person for the shooting of a neighbor. On top of that he has to pay 12,000 in restitution.
Selleneit pleaded guilty but mentally ill to the charges in January. The original charges were attempted murder, a first-degree felony, and possession of a firearm by a restricted person, a second-degree felony but where reduced a bit because he is nuttier that a pecan pie.
What was his reason for taking a handgun to his neighbor's trailer and shooting Tony Pierce multiple times as the man was working in his yard?
“HE (pierce) was "telepathically threatening him and his wife “and had “telepathically raped her”
Selleneit's wife, Meloney Toone Selleneit, was also charged for buying the gun used by her husband and allegedly telling him to "take off that tin foil hat" and "go for it" when it came to shooting Pierce.
Mrs Selleneit said in a statement “ he telepathically spanked me, told me I was a bad girl and made me write bad checks”…not realy but I would have!
