When you ask Mr. Tony’s neighbors about him all the neighbors like the guy but he’s no one to mess with. When he came home he found a young kid loading up him car with Mr. Tony’s stuff.
The robber then rammed his car into a fence and into Mr. Tony’s vehicle in a bid to escape. When the criminal refused to listen to his multiple warnings, Mr. Tony’s busted some caps in the punk’s car.
The cops wrote Mr. Tony a citation for protecting his property. “The homeowner, the citizen, has to be able to articulate or apply the appropriate amount of force that was done against them,” Ontario Police Sgt. David McBride said. Police also pointed out that the intruder was unarmed at the time of the shooting (they didn’t catch him so how do they know?)
The case will be turned over to the district attorney, who will determine if the shooting was justified
