Cynthia Littles-Irvin overcame long odds — high school dropout, teenage mom — to become the first black woman promoted to sergeant in Sanford Police Department (Florida) history. The drug dealing boyfriend was arrested Sept. 5 at his job on a construction site. That same day the sergeant was placed on administrative leave — stripped of her duties, badge and gun — and became the subject of an ongoing internal affairs investigation. He made deals with a cell ph that she gave him and used her car to make deliveries BUT she claims she knew nothing about it…. Right!
