Just before 5a.m. Saturday (March 8th), Oronco, Minnesota police responded to a call of an intruder. When they arrived on the scene officers found the homeowner's son outside holding the intruder, Forrest Loucks, at gunpoint.
Loucks blew a blood alcohol level of .21 - almost three times the legal limit - at the scene and was taken to detox.
You read that right. The police took him to detox after he broke a window, broke into a home, and demanded money from the homeowner. Why? Because he gave the police a sob story about being left by his friends and just needing a place to stay.
That said, he is facing several charges from the incident.
